Better fanfave? Doug/Carley or Louis/Violet

Which fanfave duo do you prefer?

Carley and Doug from Season 1
or
Louis and Violet from Season 4

    Woah. Asking legitimately tough questions here, eh?

    Like, of the four in general, Louis is definitely my favorite and a well exercised one at that, but I'm sure how to feel about Violet. Meanwhile, in Season 1, I prefer Doug as a character, but give Carley credit for both being a good aid for the personal narrative and for being one of the better superficially appealing characters in these games.

    Combine that with the fact that I haven't played Season 1 in a while(with my third playthrough being indefinitely on hold not too long after their death) & The Final Season is still incomplete and I really don't know how or if I should pick.

    Violet and Louis. They're better characters in my opinion. And I care about them a lot more than Doug and Carely.

    Violet and Louis because they are equal in likability.

    Violet and Louis because they are the same age group or a year or 2 difference while Doug and Carley are a lot older

    Before the save Carley/save Doug choice we didn't know much about them or spend a lot of time with them, unlike Violet and Louis and they are both really really likeable characters in their own ways, so yeah Save Violet or Louis all the way man.

    Honestly, there’s more interaction with Carley then there is with Doug , I mean in episode if you save Doug at the Drug Store , you can’t ask Doug anymore questions when Lilly sent you todo the investigations now, with Carley on the other hand you can talk with her as much as you want.

    It not too get off topic I have to say Louis & Violet I get the strongest connection with both the 2 teenagers.

    Louis and violet is way more conflicting for me. I think they are both equally awesome characters with deep personality and backstories and tougher to choose between. But at the same time we've had 2 long episodes with Them and I think doug died within 1 episode if you choose carly or vice versa.

    Doug had a lot of potential but I think he hasn't impacted me like Louis. Violet is just one of the best characters imo. I love her personality. It's infectious and her voice actor (Gideon Adlon) is just a wonderful talent. Violet is an awesome friend and leadership role to contrast Clem.

    So I gotta go with Vi and Louis.
