Not a glitch. Everyone technically is MIA. We have no clue where they are.

They are all MIA (missing in action) I'd like to think that anyone who wasn't at the top of the deck got off the boat tho

If the explosion killed some people, which it probably did, they're not going to tell us who lived and who died. It leaves a mystery. Like, who died? Who survived? I have a feeling the episode will open up with either being captured by the Delta survivors or washing up on a beach. The beach makes more sense because of the hat ending up at the fishing shack.
I think Willy ruby voilet Louis Omar and aasim all survive because they got off the boat in time ( I know violet didn't but she is probably ok).

Well you dont know if they're alive or not. You can't know whether Louis Gang escpaed the ship before it exploded and you can't know whether Clem, The Sick Walker Guy, Lilly, Tenn and Alphonso Jr. escaped.
They probably left that up in the air to build suspense for the final episode.
true. but you know Clementine and aj and Lily if you don't kill her are alive Louis and voilet are likely alive too. they wouldn't kill off major characters and leave it a mystery.

We don't know who's dead or who's alive and who's where and who's what...it's all a guessing game now except clem and aj.
Ruby and Willy are probably in the best shake.
it's honestly up for grabs who immediately dies/is severely injured in the beginning or soon after it.
AJ and Clem are definitely bomb-proof, but it's very hard to guess for everyone else.
Violet is the only character who shows hesitation to immediately leave the boat, so it makes me wonder. She shows hesitation and consoles Minerva no matter what.
I feel like it's made very clear that Aasim and Omar and Louis made it off the boat in time.
If you kill Lily, Sullene (the lady with the hat) comes up the deck saying "I couldn't find the rest".
I'm supposed to be writing on this, but what the fuck happened with Sullene in this episode anyway?
