Uable to run ToMI Epi 2

Hi, I'm at my wits end! I got a new PC last week so I thought I'd test Monkey Island but after the resizing and everything, I click start new game and all I get is a black screen. The PC 'working' light carries on, but nothing happens. No sound or anything. I've attached the spec of my PC, any help is much appreciated!

    If you are able to get into the in-game menu, then it sounds like it may just be a bad download. You could try to delete your temp internet files and redownload the game. All of your drivers and such look up to date so I don't think it's that.
