The Connection Between Delta and The Whisperers
Abel said they're fighting, "Some really sick fucks."
Lilly said, "This place has a lot of enemies. Thieves and killers that want what they have."
If you read the Whisperer War story, you know that the Whisperers are really sick fucks. They kill whatever comes close to their territory. They're a group of killers and rapists. Which ties into what Abel said. You may think this is idiotic. But Lilly addressed James in a very intriguing way, "So, that's why there were so many Walkers." She's not even surprised by the skin mask. She talks like she knows what a Whisperer is and what they can do with herds. Then she says, "kill it." She doesn't even address James as a person. Indicating a serious hatred for him. Even spits at his presence. My point: Lilly is unfazed by seeing a Whisperer. Maybe because she's seen some already.

She might have seen some already but its unlikely thats the group the Delta is fighting considering at this point in the timeline the whispers would be disbanded.
I feel like Rick or someone would find out about Delta or their enemies since they've been fighting them for so long. Plus they're in the general area. If James can get there, I feel like Rick or Jesus would've too by now since they want to build and expand and shit.
