Could Telltale come back as a company?
I’ve thought about it, thinking someone could somehow bring back the company, or make their own indie studio that did the same style of game.

In a chapter 7 liquidation bankruptcy, Telltale's brand name would become a sellable asset, meaning someone else could buy it and come back as Telltale, though it wouldn't really be the same company. Their brand recognition isn't likely to be good enough for anyone to try that, though.
