Do season pass discs still work?

If i were to get a copy of lets say the Guardians of the Galaxy or Minecraft Story Mode season pass discs for PS4, do they still successfully install all the episodes? Or would I be stuck with only the first episode?

    I believe Season Pass discs should still work.

    I know that there was a time when Telltale had Episode 1 on the disc, and it came with a download code for the rest of the season -- so that screwed used game buyers -- but from what I've heard they did away with that in the end.

    I know for a fact that Minecraft Story Mode Season 2's Disc unlocks the season pass just by inserting the disc and installs the episodes on its own, since that was a question asked here a few months ago, we confirmed it to be true with other posts online.
