XML file missing

Hello. Somehow I can't download Game of Thrones. It says that the XML file is missing. Do you have an idea how to fix that?

    Telltale no longer supports Game of Thrones, but if your XML error is a result of you trying to download your previous purchase through your Telltale.com account, I would suggest contacting Telltale Support. (If you are getting an XML error elsewhere, I am not sure if Telltale Support will be as able to help you, but I still suggest reaching out either way)

    Click the link above, and then click on the purple "(?) Support" button in the lower right corner.

    Hello. Thank you for your reply. I already send a message to the support and they said that they do not support.. it anymore. But not a reply how to fix then missing XML file
