Favourite Song(s) at the Moment?
What songs have you been playing the crap out of for the last week or so, what's been on heavy rotation for you?

Don't ask.
DON'T ASK
Last week: X-Ray Dog's album "Dog Eat Dog" (Soundtracks for trailers... really!)
Heavy Rotation: My own compositions (5 of them) (not allowed to say why, I just need to practice for something, it's a hush-hush thing and my business partner would kill me if I give it away).
I listened to your pirate song a few times, but that was last week.
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Still Unbroken
Deep Purple - Evil Louie
Rush - Hope
just to name a few...
Devo - Girl U want
Grind - Alice In Chains.
Pushit - Tool
Old Age - Nirvana
Blackwater Park - Opeth
At least it's not too depressing.
And yeah, there's a hidden song name as well.
The Beatles - Good Night
The Beatles - While My Guitar Gently Weeps (take 1 - with orchestra)
Blue Öyster Cult - Take Me Away
Rammstein - Mein Herz Brennt
Nine Inch Nails - Suck
Rick Astley - Sleeping
Amy MacDonald - Rock Bottom
Jared Emerson-Johnson - New Location Unlocked (Midtown Remix)
Kraftwerk - Autobahn
"cracks in the armor" from the album "I am the Messer"
There is another song I can't get out of my head, probably becasue it had such a fantastic film clip. It's by an up and coming Australian band that no one has really herd of yet.
As Kanye so eloquently put, it's one of "the best videos of all time. Of all time!"

There is a new Faithless song?
*has to listen to it*
I need to find my copy of Dead Rising, put that song on repeat, and start beating zombies to it's rhythm.
"Kill the Queen!"
"WHAT!?"
"The jukebox!"

I just listened to a live version of it, really nice! I agree that every musician should hear it : )

It's also available as a download from their website
downloaded. Doesn't really sound like Faithless. But it is still a great techno-track.

I like you!
Do you have any suggestions in the same style as those? I don't know what the genre is called abroad, but here in Sweden we generalise it and put the "indie pop" label on everything that sounds like that
Fire Maple Song - Everclear
Rain falls for Wind - The Sleepy Jackson
We are the People - Empire of the Sun
Major Lazer- Mary Jane
Jahdan Blakkamore - The General
Five For Fighting - Chances
Ennio Morricone - The Surrender (La Resa)
My god, Showtime (Imp Strife Mix) is murder for Audiosurf. Not only does it go deep red, but it goes cherry red. I am in freaking AWW.
Such a brilliant cover of Led Zep's epic!
