I picked 30th so I'm still expecting it then. It works because if they do a night release pacific time in the US, then it will be the 31st in Australia and it will still be the last day of October which means they kept their October deadline.
It wouldn't work if the release date was 31st because people in some parts of the world would be getting it on the 1st November so it would look bad.
Not sure if someone mentioned this before, but it's always been Tuesday or Thursday so far:

...so I'm expecting it on Thursday, October 29th. Not only would it fit into the pattern but it seems like TTG could need a couple of more days to finish this most time consuming episode (My guess: they're still stuffing it with epic quality so it will again top it's predecessor ).

Well, if they want to push it right to the limit so that they get lots of testing and development time in there, and stick within the October deadline, and taking into account timezone variations around the world, then I'd say it would be out on October 30th.
That way it's at the end of the month, giving them lots of time.
It's still in October, which is within the deadline.
And even in the evening on October 30th, around the world in time zones ahead of PST, it won't be November 1st, it will still be October 31st which is within the October deadline.
