now where is he?

he better be in the third episode, or else i will start throwing out bad insults...
dont test me, ive been trained by the sword master herself. i swear i will do it

    I think he will be in the fourth chapter, in the trial (and execution) of Guybrush Threepwood.
    Stan is Guybrush's lawyer, so then Guybrush lost the trial an is executed.
    ...or maybe not.

    Stan is the character you hate to see when you come to him in the game, but you hate it even more when he's not there.
