My IP address changed, now TMI won't start

Every time I try to launch the game, error appears saying "Telltale Games has encountered a problem and needs to close." No matter which chapter I try to launch, always the same thing.

I have moved to an another apartment recently and my IP address has changed. Before I moved, the game was working fine. I've heard that the copy protection detects your IP address, so maybe my new IP is the problem?

    IP address really shouldn't give you any problems at all. Has anything else on your system changed in terms of programs you've installed? Did you have to install a bunch of drivers for your new network? Is your color depth still set to 32bit?

    Thank you, problem solved. For some reason my color depth was set to 16bit. My apologies for being so stupid.

    hah, no worries. Sometimes when moving computers around, graphics cards get dumb like that.
