Strong Bad Graphics don't work

I'm deciding to purchase the Strong Bad episodes and when I play the demos for any episode, the game starts up and the graphics are completly incomprehensible. Each pixel of the game appears like long lines. It's impossible to make out whats going on in the game. The pixels for the game are randomly thrown about. I'm running the game in Vista. The resolution seems totally skewed.

    Never mind, I figured it out. Whoever programmed this game decided that it should start at whatever resolution is running on the desktop, even if the game does not support it. I changed the display options of my OS to the lowest possible resolution, then while I could finally see the options screen in Strong Bad, I changed the resolution of the game to its optimal settings. Everything's good now.
