Actually all 3 pirates were reused models... props to telltale tbh, they did such agood job hiding it this time!

Is DeCava an original model though?

There were, but TTG is doing a much better job at hiding them now. For example, Noogie is the fat pirate.

Yeah, they did a much better job this time.

    It was really well done.

I couldn't confuse any of them, but I think a couple of the body shapes looked the same.

Isn't the pirate with the blond hair over his eyes almost exactly the same as Dudebrough from Telltale's older game Texas Hold'em Poker? :)

    eek?

I didnt see it at all

guess they were hidden pretty well

Each one felt new to me, which accomplishes the goal regardless of whether or not the models were reused.

I noticed immediatly. I didn't think it was a huge problem before, but they definitely put more effort into hiding it this time around.

When you can't tell if a model is based off the same foundation, is it really reused? Like just because Bugeye may have started off as a Guybrush model, they changed it so much you can hardly tell, I would consider him a unique model. Same for DeCava, but I think they actually did make him from scratch.

I liked how Moose looks. His basic model is recycled, but Telltale did a pretty good job making it look different. The Hoagie-hair did the trick.

It also helps that they didn't have a bunch of the same model in the same location like they did in the first episode.

I really liked how they reused the models of the humans in EP2. Giving the glassblower-model a beard and an afro.

I'd considered more of a nod to Theodore Dudebrough.
