Erf...maybe if you can undo death with a sponge, but I'd say those affected with da pox are turning into undead, which takes ??? hours before the final form -zombie. How does that sound?
Besides, I think we can all agree that Guybrush isn't real*, so his death can't be anywhere near as creepy as real people can be.
*Because he's a figment of the imagination of a boy at a carnival.
I thought Curse proved that the Carnival of the Damned + LeChuck's magic made Guybrush think he was a boy at a carnival. He had to escape the carnival twice.
I didn't like her character much to begin with, but this episode really helped flesh her out. It is a little disturbing that you're posting so many screen caps of her, but I do agree that a lot of her animations and facial expressions inparticularly were very well done and quite cute.

Listen to this guy. He's a genius.
*gasp*
But doesn't the pox make you deadish?
I mean isn't Guybrush's hand dead?

Speaking of which, the marriage scene in Secret always reminded me of another undead marriage scene.
But seeing how quickly Telltale is moving through the plot, I wouldn't be surprised to see Elaine cured somewhere in Episode 4.
.. I thought it was cute.
Elastigirl wants you to take it back.

Everyone knew the tarot card lady was vastly superior in hotness, so there was really nothing to debate.
