I was skeptical about Human nice LeChuck at first but..
I think its the best idea ever now especialy after EMI by making him good there adding another dimention the way he is with Elaine sugests hes still in love but finaly acsepts he will never have her and contempt to being her friend but I also think it makes LeChuck less of a sterotype. I think it might be a death note type situation where nice LeChuck is a pawn of the Evil one I think it would be gd if at end there are 2 LeChucks one good and one evil

Yeah, I agree. When I first heard that LeChuck would be a human I thought they would tarnish the character since being undead was his trademark. I was dead wrong though, this human LeChuck is my favorite form of his and arguable my favorite character. One thing about tales, they're not afraid of change and they have changed things that many thought would ruin the formula. But it all worked out beautifully and showed that change can be good for this series.
Deeper themes, more romance, Guybrush having a hook, LeChuck being a human and appearing nice, Elaine falling for him, Guybrush questioning her motives, and even Murray finally got a body for a while. Really turned the Monkey Island formula upside down, but it is working great, makes a much better story and character development, no cliches, and breathes fresh life (quite literally in LeChuck's case) into what would otherwise be overused characters with the same personalities.

That's still the only moment where we could deduce from that he's up to no good after all. He's behaving remarkably well otherwise.
At times it even looks as if he's lost interest in Elaine, anyone share this impression? Then again, the "needing-help-with-the-monkeys" thing was probably just an excuse to have her with him. There have been speculations about the flower having infected Elaine with the pox but I wonder what use that would be to LeChuck. When she has her "poxy moments" she's just as rude to LeChuck as she is to Guybrush so I don't see how that would help him having a chance with her.
Right after her pox episode though, she seemed to be even nicer to him. Her fit of rage was more directed at the monkeys if anything and LeChuck seems to know how to handle her when in this state. The pox itself may be what is making Elaine fall for LeChuck, the pox was a part of LeChuck for years and years after all. It may be working in his favor, such as how it didn't allow Guybrush's hand to stab LeChuck once he was turned human in the prologue of Chapter 1.
I see where you're going but still the answer to whether LeChuck has released the pox (on her) deliberately remains open to me. After all, she spent enough time standing next to highly-infected McG. in EP2 and was also giving her poxed husband a close hug so that's where she might have it from as well.
Also have a look on LeChuck's face when Elaine is apologizing to the monkeys for what she said - he looks extremely concerned, such as he's not even sure what is going on with her - or maybe he does but does not know how to act.
Yeah I remember the look he gave. But it could all be act playing and he also kind of frowned when she said "who would of thought LeChuck would do such as thing", almost like he saying, geez how much longer do I have to keep this up. She also most likely had the pox prior to meeting McG and reuniting with Guybrush, so coming into contact with them wouldn't give the pox since she already had it, but maby enhance it more.
We also have to remember, Guybrush said in the prologue of Chapter 1 that LeChuck's soul chilling schemes are usually so well planned. Seems like too random a line for it not to hold any importance or foreshadow for later chapters just like how LeChuck said he's outer shell is meaningless. I'm surprised that no one has looked at those lines more as they are incredibly relevant to the game situations, especially when LeChuck talks how his shell is meaningless, like him being a human.

Although this goes against my other theory, that Guybrush will be the pirate god... instead it will be LeChuck ruling the poxy pirates.
Yeah, good find there. All the dialogue in the prologue of Chapter 1 seems to foreshadows for later developments in the story. Pretty clever of Telltale to do that, makes the opening more than just a random sequence of events and dialogue to start off the series. This game defiantly has much more of a mystery element to it. The other games had it partially, but this one has taken it to the extreme. Not just because of it being separated into chapters with cliffhangers, but because trust and who is really good and who is really evil is a deep theme.
