Slow download speeds? Help us OPTIMIZE!

We've been hearing reports of unusually slow download speeds for our games, around 1-3 kb/s, especially with Monkey Island Chapter 3. Have ye been a victim?

If so, please tell us more about it, send in an email (don't post here) to support@telltalegames.com with the subject line 'Slow Download Speed' and include the following:

1- Internet Service Provider
2- IP Address (You can find this out at whatismyip.com)
3- Specific City / Location you're in
4- The download speed, or best estimate if you can't recall.
