i bought the series today and unfortunatly once i try launching the program it immediatly tells me that the program has stopped working an i have to close to the program...can anyone help me? is this program caused by me living in england and downloading from an american site?

    Definitely not. What OS do you have, and have you allowed the game to install the latest DirectX version when it asked you during installation?

    Try setting your display color depth to 32-bit. That usually is the problem.
