TOMI Freezes after first chapter

I just purcheased TOMI after the first chapter where to mix the root beer etc the game then lauche proper after the intro screen where titles etc are shown the game freezes. When i played the demo version it was fine i got on the beach after the ship blows up but no it freezes before the beach scene.

Help...
