Rise of the Pirate God speculation...

The Voodoo Lady will use a spell to make La Esponga Grande absorb all the pox in the Caribbean, thus resulting in the rise of the pirate god...

Don't tell me you didn't consider this at some point.

    La Esponja Bob?

The most obvious thing to happen would be that Guybrush is executed at the end of Ch 4 and will reincarnate as the Pirate God in Ch 5. Hopefully the plot isn't that predictable.

Actually, No I never EVER considered That the sponge could come alive. Also, I never imagined a sponge could become so annoying and inspire such hate within me.

I don't know if LeChuck will be the Pirate God, but I'm pretty sure he will be the one portrayed on the icon of the fifth chapter.

The pirate god is Noogie. Sheesh. Obviously! Noogie is the man behind the curtain!

You're all wrong! The pirate god is clearly Santino.

What if De Singe makes something out of Guybrush's hand and then makes himself the pirate king?? Ok...ooor not :D

What? How can you hate Spongebob? Its one of the few recent cartoons that my kids watch that I can honestly say is somewhat enjoyable.

Like....an evil Guybrush clone? Cause if that's the case then I will begin to worry about the ending.

But what if the Pirate God is Murray? That would mean that he wasn't lying about being an evil demonic force. O_O But of course I kid....or am I?

Just a crazy thought, what about at some point, Murray comes by and somehow with some spell, he and the sponge fuse together to become some ultimate sponge skeleton or something. :D

I actually just pictured Murray being all like "Mwuahahahahahah! Behold! As these puny mortals gather in two folds just touch my awesome power!! MWUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

You all look so stupid. Stan is the pirate god. It was so obvious.

BTW Murray can show up without explanation at any time... its how he does things.

Taking into consideration that Guybrush was cured in Chapter 3 and Elaine is fully poxed (screenies and concept art) in Chapter 4... I have a feeling that she can as well turn out to be the Pirate God.

Yeah, something about the hyper active voice and the fact that he's a sponge gets to me. My little cousin LOVE that show too. I can only hope that I can keep my daughter from watching it when she gets to be a toddler.

NOOOOoooooOOOOOooooo!!! Not the Fraggle Rock! Actually, I'd prefer that over "Sponge Bob" anyday.
