Psychonauts or Lucidity?
I have enough in my PayPal account to buy one of these on Steam and I can't decide which one to get. I was hoping for some advice from someone who's played both games on which would be the best game to get first (I'll get both of them eventually). On the one hand I love Tim Schafer games, even though I never really warmed up to Grim Fandango...but I never played very far through either, and I hear that everyone says it's a very good game with only some minor flaws. I've heard different ideas saying that it was part adventure and part platformer. What is it exactly? I'll also be trying the demo, but I'd still like some insights from others.
On the other hand, I want to support LucasArts' initiative to finally break the mold and try something new and interesting. But how interesting is Lucidity? Is it enjoyable? Or is it just something that holds your interest for a little bit before you get bored with it ultimately and never come back to it?

I got bored with Lucidity before even finishing the demo. It's a neat concept, and very nice art, but it feels lacking in any real hook.
But if you have the means to try both demos before you buy one, I'd suggest you do that, since everyone experiences these things differently.
I'll take that key off your hands.
I dunno, I just wanted to take it up just in case.
I've had them just transfer my extra serials to a friend's account directly, but I've never asked for gift codes so I don't know if they do that or not.
Cop: Sir, are you aware that there is a bong in your car?
Suspect: How did THAT get there!?!
PS. Psychonauts was an excellent game, save for the very last level. I still have the Psi Ball sitting on my desk from Majesco's promotional deal, by the way.
