New Character to control in chapter 5?!

Well, as you all know, Guybrush is in a bad state at the end of chapter 4.
BUT!
Some part of him is in a very cheerful state, and is still poxed...
HIS HAND!

What if we start chapter 5, controlling Guybrush's hand that ran away into the jungle?! XD
If the hand (while poxed) is connected back to Guybrush, wonthe live again as a poxed zombie?

    Didn't the wind machine clear up the entire pox of LeChuck? I'm sure that would mean that Guybrush's hand is dead and worthless. Unless they have a plot related reason around this.

    Why the hand should be poxed if the absorbing effect of La Esponja went around all the Caribbean ??

    Not to mention
    Nintendo Power saying we'll see the land of the undead, pretty much confirming that we'll play Guybrush in the afterlife.

    I still wouldn't mind Playing as his hand, I'm sure not ALL of the pox was absorbed. You think McGuilicutty's pox was removed at the bottom of the ocean? If the poxed hand took cover under water I don't think the winds could suck the pox out of it.
