Looks naughty and well not for childrens eyes if you know what I mean. Especially what Wallace is doing.

    Eating icecream? I mean, I know there's a big problem with childhood obesity in this country right now, so I guess I could see how it could be inappropriate for overly impressionable youngsters...

    Can someone explain what's so bad about this banner? And does this mean, that I'm not allowed to eat icecream in public?

    This issue with the banner can be summed up in one simple sentence:

    "What's Wallace doing with his free hand?"

    Don't get us wrong, it isn't something 'bad', is just that our mind is ready to tell us something else about an image, like another intepretation about them :). (Even telltale covered that the thing we find kinda naughty :p)

    Gromit has one of those :-| faces as well. I don't think kids would notice it though!

    Considering the vast amount of sexual references in things like Looney Tunes cartoons, I am quite certain children don't think about sex.

    Seems like a stretch to me. I guess if you REALLY let your mind roam, it can sort of look like Wallace is giving a reach-around, but I'd chalk it up to grasping at straws. I'd say he has a handle on the situation. If anything, it's a stroke of bad luck on the artist's part. Banners can really be a handful.

    I admit that my first thought when I glanced at the image on the front page was that Wallace's ice cream cone looked somewhat phallic.
