I Can't See Anything in W&G: Muzzled!!

I downloaded W&G: Muzzled when it was free, and whenever I run it, I can never see any of the characters or environment in the game! I can see the menu options in the main menu and when I pause the game, and also when I move my mouse over an area that says something like "Interact" or "Go To (here)". But, the main screen is always black! The audio seems to be working fine, with all of the voices and music. Any way to fix this? I'm running this on Vista, BTW.

    What graphics card do you have?

    You can give us some useful information this way:
    dxdiag
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Then e.g. zip the file and attach it to a message.

    I haven't had this problem before playing the Wallace & Gromit games. They've been a little bit slow before, but it hasn't been this bad!

    That seems to be a problem with the Radeon X12xx series.
    You can try the stuff in that thread (updating graphics drivers and directx) , but i fear there is little hope.
