CSI Hard Evidence Saves Not Working

I keep having an issue with CSI Hard Evidence where I go in to continue my game, and it doesn't list my profile anymore. This has happened twice now, the first time just reloading the game fixed it, but now I've reloaded the game 5 times and my profile won't show up at all anymore. What is going on?

    Hmm... odd, it appears that when I run GameUpdate.exe first is when the saves do not work, and if I run it directly from CSI4.exe they work just fine.
