Do you automatically become a member of the forum when you sign-up to buy TTG games from this site? Or you you register separately? I can't remember...

    I think you can post in the forums after you create a username in your TTG account. So it's sort of separate, but not really.

    Ah OK cheers. I was just wondering if the amount of registered forum users was the same as TTG account holders... therefore an indication of how many games TTG sell.

    I guess not!

    Yep, that's how I remember it. That means there are probably many more Telltale customers out there!

    There are indeed more customers than forum users, though I'm not a thousand percent certain on how that works. Things like free episodes + upgrades and such tend to skip by the "official" registration process, and I've seen a lot of accounts with no forum usernames attached. How DO they do it?
    So like, we're all popular and stuff.

    Plus, I imagine people who buy the games on Steam or Amazon Downloads, etc don't probably bother registering for a forum account.

    There's also console download gamers(360, Wii), people who buy retail copies, and those that are buying the Sam and Max retail Wii packs.

    Outside of ToMI, no. Can't you make a forum account without having a games account, too? I'd always assumed the underage gamers on the forum had user accounts that weren't linked to a games account.
