A few small bugs in Spinner Cay

Hello. Just posting a few small bugs I found with Siege of Spinner Cay.

1. When choosing dialog, if there are quotations involved, the front-quote appears as a backwards quote. (IE both appear as 99 instead of 66 and 99)

2. After you put the fake pyrite turtle in LeChuck's hat and the pirates take it, you can go back to the broken altar and get another pyrite turtle.

    Just posting them so that Telltale can fix them and improve everyone's gaming experience!

    If you try using the cannon AFTER defeating McGillicutty and his crew, you can still see McGillicutty yelling at you, this time there is no ship at the background (well, because it sunk).
