Deadly Intent Error

When I go to run the game, it goes to a white screen and I get "telltale games has encountered and error and needs to close". My driver and DirectX are updated. PLEASE HELP!!!!:confused::confused:

Windows XP Sp3
ATI Radeon Xpress 200

    Same problem here. I've played the game all the way through and have gone back to replay cases. Tried to do that today and ... forget it. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Nope. Nothing has changed on my PC and everything else works great. Strange.
