It's funny but...
... I'm waiting with way more enthusiasm about the announcement of what will the next telltale series be than episode 5 of TOMI (maybe because we have a bit more knowledge about episode 5 than we do about the next series)
It was supposed to be announced today too? am i right?

*ngehhem* We are proud to announce...
SIX FLAGS! THE GAME!
*old guy comes out and starts dancing, as does all the executives in suits*
I'd totally play that.
It could also be something original like tales of Thrillville... lol

But I would not. Oh Please God, No...Not Loom. That's a game that only a few people understand, it's not fun enough either. The game wasn't even intended to be funny or a real adventure game. Been a while since I've played it but if memory serves me right it's the most boring Lucas Arts "adventure game" ever made.
Few understand? Not a real adventure game? I'm not sure what you are basing this on.
Besides not all good adventure games are primarily humorous.
Still really boring. The guy's voice is awful too. Boring game, FOTA was humorous enough to keep me engaged. MAybe not funny but it was fun and had some humorous wit behind it. LOOM is boring...so boring and Broken Sword definitely had some comical, witty dialog and parts in it even if it wasn't a comedy, it had some life in it, atleast humored me. Comparing such great games to LOOM is a tragedy.
LOOM is BORING. If you think Full Throttle with it's cartoon style and dialog and characters isn't at all humorous or playful, lively, energetic as comedy is then I don't know what to tell you.LOOM was raped or any humor, delight, energy, inspiration for me. The game is boring.
But I loved it. I thought it was creative and a clever idea. In fact, my only complaint is that Loom is too short and easy. When I finished it I wanted more!
But I am really pleased with Telltale's most recent announcement. What an amazing way to announce it too!
It still seems like your only point is that Loom isn't a comedy.
