Order Numbers Don't Qualify? WTF!

The sbcg4ap dvd page says that my order number from when i ordered the sbcg4ap dvd does not qualify. I want another dvd, but i cant get it for free from me already owning the season. I am going to assume the same of sam and max, but for some reason wallace and gromit works fine. HELP!

    Hey there! If I'm understanding this correctly, you already own the DVD product--I think from purchasing a Strong Bad downloadable game/DVD combo--which means you wouldn't qualify for another DVD of the same season without paying.
