Your system could be overheating. Make sure your heatsinks and fans are free of dust. You should log the temperatures while playing until it crashes as described below. The log files will show if there was a heat problem.

Another reason could be faulty drivers. If you give us a dxdiag output we can take a look.

    dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Then zip the file and attach it to a message.

Logging your CPU and GPU Temperatures

CPU: Download Core Temp. Start it and activate logging in the menu under "Tools/Logging on".

The log file created is called similar to "CT-Log [TIME][DATE].csv".

    GPU: Download GPU-Z.
Start it, select the "sensors" tab, and activate "Log to File" at the bottom of the window.

The log file created is called "gpu-temperature.xml".

Zip the files and attach them to a message.

How long did you run the logging?
Both only show a few seconds at the beginning, which doesn't tell us much.

Seeing that you play on a notebook makes me even more think of overheating.
At what resolution and Quality level do you play ToMI?

Also you should try some new drivers.
    Graphics Driver
    Audio driver

Overheating means: Your System runs so hot, that it fails.

Have you made sure that your notebook's air ducts are dust free and that they are not obstructed otherwise while you play?

Quality 9 takes a lot of resources, which means more heat.

I suggest you install the new drivers and try if the game still crashes while logging the temperatures. Then you upload the new log files.

If it crashes you can try lower quality levels. I would start at 3 and if you are convinced that it does not crash you can turn it up to find out how much your system can take.
