Steam Sale: Time Gentlemen Please £1.49

edited December 2009 in General Chat
As if £2.99 didn't make it the best deal in gaming ever Time Gentlemen Please is a silly £1.49 (whatever that is in dollars). Anyone who doesn't pick this up is denying themselves one of the best and funniest adventures ever.

Buy it, play it, then apologise to the creators for robbing them by paying such a ludicrously low price for such an amazing title.

The US Steam Sale price is $2.49, by the way.

I already own it, bought it at full price some time ago. I second Rubarack's recommendation, by the way.

Yes, but this is only 24p more!

Whats TGP like anyway? Does it have Voice acting? I find it really difficult to play P&C games without it. (and yet i normally read subtitiles anyway. Odd)

Ben There, Dan That is free, so there is no excuse for at least TRYING it.

Also, anyone cutting out games without voice acting is making an idiotic decision to cut themselves out of some of the greatest games of all time. It's like cutting out silent films, or thinking that cutting out 50% of the picture to fit the frame into a 4:3 box makes a movie "look better".

I know, and believe me, i would love to be able to get into text P&C games, but i simply can't. It seems to completely kill the atmosphere for me, and without that, i get really frustrated, quickly, when i'm stuck at something, which kills my enjoyment of the game as a whole. It's been a few years since i tried one though, so i may give it a shot.
