csi:Deadly intent problem

Once i start the second case of this game, my computer decides to crash dump, wondering what in the game is causing it as pc has been fine before i installed the game. Please help me am desperate to play it!!!

    Hi Missdora, could you try reinstalling the game to see if that fixes the problem? Don't delete your save data though!
