Please Help - Problem With Launching TOMI

Hi,

I have just bought all 5 episodes and i have just downloaded the first episode...I am not a techinical person but when i hit launch game it is bringing up a black screen and saying there is a problem accouring and shuts the game down.

the spec for the computer im using is:
Intel(R) Core(Tm2) Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHZ
3.00GB RAM
64 Bit
NVIDIA GeForce 7100 / NVIDIA nForce 630i Graphics Card

    I would give you some instructions, but I don't know what operating system you are running.
    Do you know where to set the display color depth? Make sure it is set to 32 bit.

    For everything beyond that it is better if you upload a dxdiag log first.

    dxdiag
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Then zip the file and attach it to a message.
