running slow on MacBook :(

i only had like 1 GB left tho.. :eek:


now i am in the process of deleting all unnecessary files on my macbook nearly up to 50 GB again :rolleyes:

will this make the game run any smoother? movies are ok but voice sync is out quite a bit n the delay on the cursor in game is ridiculous, i really wanna purchase the full edition!!
any help wud be much appreciated...

    I'm using a 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo with 1.25 GB of RAM (and lots of space left) and the game runs at approximately 0.5 frames per second. D:

    Have you tried lowering the in game graphics quality setting?

    yes bud, put it down to 3 and it was playable..... downloading full game now! :D

    I've got a 2ghz core 2 duo Macbook with 2gb of ram, but it's too graphic intense for the integrated video even at quality set to 1.

    No one would confuse the Macbook with something designed for gaming, I just never associated Monkey Island with being that graphic intense. Ah well. At least the money went to a good cause.
