ToMI 2 problem
Hello!
Have just played through the first chapter with no problems but when I rtied to load up the second one I can't get very far. When I click on the shortcut I get the usual Telltale games thing with a 'Launch the Game' button, then when I click that my computer tells me:
MonkeyIsland102.exe has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
I've tried this a few times and got the same result every time.
I bought and downloaded all these games a while ago, but have been too busy to play them until now, could that have something to do with it? Haven't played any of the 3rd one but I tried loading it to see if it would work and that one seems to be fine.
Also, I'm using Windows Vista if that makes any difference.

Booting clean in Windows Vista / 7:
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG --> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
3. Uncheck Load Startup Items
4. Select the Services tab
5. Check Hide all Microsoft services
6. Click Disable all
7. Click on OK
8. Click Restart.
9. After reboot, run the game to see if it works.
After performing the necessary steps, restore your system by doing the following:
1. Click Start --> Run --> Type MSCONFIG--> Click OK
2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
3. Click Ok
4. Click Yes, when asked to restart your computer
Based on Will's post
dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.
Then zip the file and attach it to a message.
Did everything you suggested but it's still giving me the same problem message as before. Have attached the DxDiag stuff (I think!)

Let's start by updating your drivers.
Nvidia Driver and Realtek HDA Driver.
You should also seriously consider installing Vista Service Pack 2 and the other Windows updates.
