I received my order for the wallace and gromit dvd, a signed monkey island poster and 6 badges a few days ago and upon opening the box I found that the wallace and gromit DVD case was bent so severly that the sealing plastic had actually peeled off. the poster and buttons arrived fine. I was just wondering what the process would be to organise a replacement? if it's a postage problem I might be able to get the postage refunded to telltale if that is desired. I will attach photos tommorrow morning.
