Cannot Access Freelance Police Dispatch

I pre-ordered Sam & Max season 3 but for some reason I still can't access the bonus part of the forum. How can this be remedied?

    I can't either at the moment. I think one of the telltale guys has to manually allow that per user but haven't gotten to it yet. I'm still waiting on a support ticket to cancel my order (so I can reorder again) and even PM'ed bonnie directly. It sounds from the other posts that they are really busy on it and will get to it eventually.
