Fragile things

I plan to order the MI mug from the store. However I'm a bit concerned about the packaging, in case it arrives broken.
So I'd like to ask -how are fragile things like a mug packaged? And, in case it does arrive broken... is there anything telltale can do? (Either replacing it if it can be proven it arrived this way, or simply providing proof it wasn't sent in that condition so I can see if the post office can do anything).

Fragile monkey stuff is usually wrapped carefully in bubble wrap. We've not done mugs before so I imagine that they are bubble wrapped from the manufacturer and put in a box and then we put in another shipping box.

If for some reason the post office has beaten, run over, or blown up your monkey collectible, we will reship. It would be helpful if that does happen to provide a photo of the box and the contents so we can show proof to the postman if there is a dispute to the claim.

    Cheers,
