CSI: Deadly Intent

My husband went to Gamestop and bought this game. I installed it. Then I get error report for Telltale games. I have marked for the report to be sent several times and this happened on 2 different computer. I have updated drivers and Windows XP with service pack 3. I really want the game to work but it doesn't seem to be. Any suggestion? I have tried everything that I know to do.

    Hey Shar, can I get a bit more information about your computer?

    Go to your Start menu and click on Run.
    Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
    Then go to the Display tab
    While here, the useful things for us:

    I, too, have the problem of telltale problems closing me out of the game. I did manage to play half of the first case, but after closing out for the day I was not able to get on. Here's some diagnostics for my XP:
