Can't access private forum

I pre-order the new sam & max the other day however, I can't access the private forum the link in the e-mail I reseave takes me to my your games page.

So I was wondering how to I go about accessing the private forum.

    And yes, it would drop you on the main forum page, but scroll down and you'll see the Freelance Police Dispatch is no longer restricted.

    I have also preordered (games listed in Your Games) but still get the "You do not have permission to access this page" message when trying access the private forum.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    hey guys. Is it known if telltale will be offering the free DVD version with the purchase of the full season like last 2 seasons.

    I love that show....

    BTW I just dropped over $110 in the TTG store so I am now all over the privates.... I think I have gone about as far as I care to with that joke.

    You can always contact Support at the Support Forums and request a new link explaining the situation

    I completely didn't see that link in the order confirmation email (I ordered back on March 12) and was just about to contact support asking why I didn't have access.

    I wonder how many others thats true for?

    No idea in fact.

    I think is mostly because they can't contact the people who pre-order using PSN, more than they don't want.

    I guess.

    It's not an opinion forum.

    I think computer preorders get the free episode and the forum, and Playstation preorders get to pay less.

    Yup, it's the closed way in which PSN works. Somewhat similar with Steam and stuff not getting the DVD and similar bonusses we here do get, although they seemed to go different this season.

    However, it apparently went belly up. No confirmation wheter TTG or Valve screwed up...
