I got a chance to see this game at GDC. I think Telltale fans (and especially Monkey Island fans) will like it. It's a pirate adventure... with dogs. :D

It's previewed here if you want to read all about it...

Haha I thought about it, too, but what would be Sam without Max?

Not every character is a dog. Max could be the parrot. Well, a white parrot with long ears.

I will keep my eye on it but..... I will not expect much.

I will avert my eyes from it and expect nothing, at least nothing of value.

The difference between this game being good or being bad can entirely depend on the voice acting. I think that, above all, they must choose good, professional voice actors that actually suit the characters. There are so many games that fail in this area.

You can hear some of the voices on their website if you want. (Well, only four of them, and one line each, but that might give you an idea).

Haha, looks pretty fun! Though I think I would have named the game "Scurvy Dogs". :D I'll keep an eye on it's website, might be worth a try. :)

Totally agree. Despite completing and enjoying the Amiga floppy disk version, I never did get to the end of the talkie "Flight of the Amazon Queen". XD

I found out about this game from reading a post by the creator in Adventure Gamers review of GP of Vooju Island, IIRC. I will be checking it out.
