No confirmation email received....

I haven't received the confirmation e-mail for my pre-order of "Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse" (which I made a couple of hours ago) and I know that it's supposed to include the activation link for the Freelance Police Dispatch section of the forum, I was wondering if it was normal for the email to take so long, or if I should ask to have it re-sent.
