Freelance Police Dispatch: Is this already working?

I preordered Season 3 (which also shows up in the "Your games" section).
But when I try to access the Freelance Police Dispatch forum, I get the "access not allowed" message.

Therefore I wanted to ask if it is already supposed to work.

    It does! Just check your order confirmation email. There's a link inside that will give you access to the Dispatch. :)
