Bone Activation doesn't work

I purchased the Bone games over the Demo purchase function moths ago and it worked fine.
Now i've downloaded the new versions of Bone, but couldn't activate them. I entered my order number and password, but I just received an error message: Your purchase is not complete. Please reattempt payment. (ARM1014)
I also wrote to your activation support with my hardware finger print, but I din't get any answer.
Could you please check what's wrong?
