Adobe Flash Question

edited April 2010 in General Chat
For anyone that knows about Flash:

I have just recently got Adobe Flash and want to make a sound board, i have been able to make the sound board but the problem I have is when I export it and view it in full screen there is blank space on the left and the right even though I had no blank space on the sides before exporting. Does anyone know how I can get it to fit to screen.

This isnt my soundboard but a quick one I made to show what I mean, notice the space on the left of 1 and the right of stop:

thanks,

I haven't used Flash since it switched from being a Macromedia product to an Adobe product, but I remember full-screen previews for testing movies in Flash ignore the canvas borders defined in flash if they are wider/taller in aspect ratio to your monitor. Have you tried opening up the SWF on its own?

I have opened the exported swf file and it shows space on either side, if i open the project file there is no space on either side.
