ToMI custom graphic settings

I'm using a nvidia GTX 260 graphics card. Is there a way to add my custom graphics setting of the game. I want to enable the highest Anti Aliasing settings that my card can support but I don't know how.. 16Q maybe..

p.s. Pre-ordering Sam & Max 3. Can this be done with this game too..

    You should be able to do that in the Nvidia driver on a per application basis.
