Screen resolution problem with The Penal Zone

The game natively runs widescreen, right? So when a 4:3 screen plays it, it slides black bars on top and below the screen. No problem.

However, I tried to run the game several times today and it's zoomed-in, removing the black bars and chopping off the left and right sides of the screen! Does anyone know a fix to this, or if this is a fault on my end?

    Does your monitor have some sort of fit to aspect ratio type setting? Or maybe your graphics card?

    Do you by any chance launch the game via Steam? If so, it might be the same problem as http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16153 .

    I've never had an issue with this sort of thing before, so no. And another odd thing, the game was playing just fine yesterday...but today it's all screwed up.

    I booted it up again today to see that it was working just fine, but after about 20 minutes of play the game resumed to this whole zoomed-in thing. I'd appreciate a fix soon telltale!

    Actually, I believe I found an in-game fix for the problem. It appears that the zoom-in glitch only occurs when the steam overlay is on. If you turn it off, the game will play fine.
