Veronica Mars: The video game

edited January 2011 in General Chat
Are anyone of you fans of Veronica Mars? I've been thinking on it often these days, how good it would fit as an episodic game. The story around the series takes place at a place called Neptune, which they say is located near CA.

Her father works as a private detective, then Veronica here takes various mission on her school and such while she works towards the main goal, in each of the seasons.

Please see this thread for more information:

But would anyone be interested in such? Anyone at Telltale who are fans of this?

    Love the show.

Could be a decent game if it was done right.

Yeah. So could Cold Case, but another game developer screwed that one up. I'm always thinking how amazing it would be having those two titles up (Yeah, I love detective work.. :P)

Veronica Mars would make a fantastic game but only if Rob Thomas wrote the dialogue and they got at least Kristen Bell and Enrico Colantoni to play their characters.

Well sure, if necessary. But unlike Michael J Fox, Bell and Colantoni don't have good excuses for saying no :p

Hell, Kristen Bell doesn't seem to mind voicing that thankless Assassin's Creed role everytime Ubisoft makes a new game, I think she'd jump at a chance to play Veronica again.

Of course, I'd love it if they got the entire cast back but it might also be fun if the game separated itself from the Neptune circle of friends storylines and focused more on a slightly older Mars family doing their own detective work.
