Sam and Max won't start on my wife's Mac

Running MacOS 10.4.11 she gets the message "this software will not run on this OS" or words to that effect. The iMac is about 3 yrs old but I never thougt that adventure games was about horsepower or latest OS. Help?

    The system requirements read:
    Mac System Requirements:
    Operating Systems: Mac OS X 10.5 or newer
    Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo processor
    Not Recommended For:
    Macs with integrated graphics

    I would therefore also check what graphics chip it has if you consider updating the OS.

    Thanks! Tried snooping around for the sys reqs with no luck.

    Generally Telltale are good about offering refunds in situations like this - if you can't run the game and won't be able to play it, you probably should contact them.
