I get the feeling someone at Telltale Games is a Beast Wars fan, judging by Skunkape.

Seriously, the way Skun-ka'pe keeps saying "Yes", often to puncuate a sentence reminds me a lot of Beast Wars Megatron, and given all the very obscure references in these Sam & Max games (I loved the Phantom Tollbooth reference, by the way) I wouldn't be surprised if it were a homage. Anyone else reminded of that most awesome of Megatrons when they play this game? :)

    You know you're right....I knew he reminded me of someone! As a Transformers fan I'm ashamed I didn't think of it sooner.

    He reminds me of all the great campy sci-fi villains! I'm just waiting for a Ziltoid-esque "Indeed!" and refer to people as "Hue-mons!" :p
